Californian business executive, Todd Lovejoy, completed his post-secondary education at University of California, Santa Barbara, where he studied electrical engineering. After earning his BSEE in 1983, Todd Lovejoy began his career working at Hughes Aircraft, where he served on the technical staff. He then went on to serve in management positions at Teledyne Electronics, MMD, Aydin, Solectron, MSL, and Diablo Research through the late 1980s and 1990s.
In 2000, Mr. Lovejoy began work at Centerpoint Broadband Technologies as Director of Operations. Over his two-year tenure, Mr. Lovejoy oversaw the construction of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in California. He then moved to Plexus Corporation, where he managed their West Coast Operations. In just two years of working at Plexus, he was able to increase company profits substantially.
From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Lovejoy served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ansen International. As an executive at a major multinational manufacturer, he was instrumental in doubling product sales in both the American and Asian markets, thereby doubling company profits.
In 2010, Todd Lovejoy founded his own management consulting firm, TAL Executive Services, LLC. Over the next six years, he provided consulting services to a number of leading California-based manufacturers. He then moved on to establish his current firm, TAL Management Services, in 2016.
